It helps to tell us your phone model, whether it is Android or iPhone, and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please do not send your PIN or recovery phrase. We will never ask for them.
Common questions
Do I need internet to use EdgAI?
Only once. The first time you set up, EdgAI downloads the tutor and its voice (about 1.7 GB). Use Wi-Fi if you can. After that, practice and lessons work without internet.
The download stopped or failed
Check you have enough free space (at least 2 GB is safest) and a steady connection, then open EdgAI again. It picks up where it left off, and any file that arrives damaged is checked and downloaded again.
I forgot my PIN
On the PIN screen, tap I forgot my PIN and enter your recovery phrase, the words you were shown when you made your profile. We cannot reset a PIN for you, because your data never leaves your phone.
Which subjects are included?
WAEC English Language and Mathematics past questions from 2024 and 2025. More are on the way.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Data and privacy → Delete my data. Uninstalling the app also removes it. See the privacy policy for details.
The tutor said something wrong
The tutor is an AI running on your phone, and it can make mistakes. Check the full solution, and please email us the question and what it said so we can improve it.
